Airfryer Protein Yoghurt Toast

Ingredients display
  • 1 /4 cup Pauls + Protein Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 2 slices egg
  • 1 blueberries
  • dark chocolate chip
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
How to Make it display
  • 1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

  • 2. Mix 1/4 cup yoghurt and 1 egg in a bowl to ceate a creamy custard.

  • 3. Flatten the middle of each slice of bread with a spoon, then drizzle in the yoghurt custard.

  • 4. Add your toppings of choice and air-fry for 5-10 minutes until golden.
