
Airfryer Protein Yoghurt Toast
Difficulty

- 1 /4 cup Pauls PLUS+ Protein Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 2 thick slices of brioche bread
- blueberries
- dark chocolate chips
- icing sugar, for dusting

1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.

2. Mix 1/4 cup yoghurt and 1 egg in a bowl to ceate a creamy custard.

3. Flatten the middle of each slice of bread with a spoon, then drizzle in the yoghurt custard.

4. Add your toppings of choice and air-fry for 5-10 minutes until golden.
